Lottie received her real estate license in 1996 after having worked in real estate related activities for over 15 years. After experiencing tremendous satisfaction working with seniors she earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® title in 2007. While much of her business in focused on the mid-Peninsula and Silicon Valley, she also has joined the San Francisco Association of Realtors covers a wide area and has represented clients in the purchase and sale of homes in San Francisco, Pacifica, San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont, San Carlos, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, and San Jose.

Lottie brings to her real estate practice the entrepreneurial skills she developed in creating and operating a successful bookkeeping service. A Peninsula resident for 40 years and San Franciscan since 2011, she is married to Gene, a Silicon Valley engineer, has two grown daughters, and in her free time enjoys her granddaughters, San Francisco, hiking, trail running and yoga. She is a strong supporter of the San Carlos Education Foundation, Children’s Miracle Network, Compass Family Services of San Francisco, Habitat for Humanity and other community organizations.
